By using this site either as an affiliate or as a customer buying ebooks, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This document and its content was last updated Octogber 2009 and is applicable to all users, authors, and publishers. We at FictionWorld Ebooks (which is part of the Fiction4All Group) reserve the right to modify this document from time to time without any prior notice.

Availability
To use this site you confirm that you are of a legal age to enter into binding contracts. You also confirm that you have not been previously banned from this site by us. If you join us as a member you will gain access to your own personal library where you can download your purchased ebooks. We log ALL site activity and any member who attempts to hack this site will forfeit their membership and access to any purchases made. We may also, at our sole discretion, pursue through the courts any hacker for civil damages. Hacking includes the provision of your membership details to any third parties.

You may only have one account on this site, whether you are a customer or an affiliate. If you create more than one account we will delete all accounts and any commissions you may have earned will be forfeited. You will also be barred from joining us again in the future.
Prices
This site displays and operates its business in US Dollars. All prices are set by Fiction4All authors and publishers who are at liberty to offer their products at a discounted price. This does not necessarily mean the product has ever been offered for sale at the full price. We have no control over any discounts offered and as such it is your responsibility as a customer to make any checks you wish to ensure the discounts are indeed genuine.
Fees
We do NOT charge fees for the use of this site either by customers or affiliates. We pass on ALL costs of any chargebacks arising from fraudulent transactions and we also actively co-operate with the authorities in tracing and prosecuting any person who instigates a fraudulent credit card transaction. We WILL SEEK the maximum penalty applicable for ALL FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES through the criminal justice system applicable in the United Kingdom.
Copyright
Fiction4All permit our authors and publishers to post content which is immediately available for sale through their network of sites, including FictionWorld Ebooks. We do not censor any content before making it available. Therefore it is possible that a user may post content which they are not legally entitled to do so. If you are aware of content which may not be legally distributed through this site or which causes an infringement of copyright or intellectual property, it is important to contact us immediately. We do not want to distribute any such material and will co-operate fully in any legal process against such a poster.
Royalties
We pay our publishers/authors a rate of commission as displayed on the Publish/Sell page and our Author Guidelines pages at56 Fiction4All (www.fiction4all.com). Affiliates of FictionWorld Ebooks earn commission as per the details contained within our Affiliate Suite. Affiliate Commissions are paid either monthly (by £ cheque) or weekly through PayPal provided a MINIMUM amount of $25 has been earned. All weekly payments are calculated on the Saturday of each week and paid the following Monday. Monthyl payments by £ cheque are calculated on the first day of the month for the previous month, and payments mailed within 7 days. Chargebacks will be debited on the relevant affiliate accounts when we are notified of these by our credit card processing agent.
Affiliate Program
Full details of the affiliate program are contained within the Affiliate Suite. Please read all the terms BEFORE joining the program. As an affiliate you may only use the approved links (found in the Affiliate Suite) to send shoppers to FictionWorld Ebooks. We have a zero tolerance on SPAM and will delete the account of any member where we are given evidence of SPAMMING activities including, but not restricted to, sending unsolicited emails (UCE) to newsgroups or mailing lists. Affiliates will not earn commissions from purchases made by themselves. Participation in this affiliate program does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or any other formal relationship, nor are you allowed to state or imply that any such relationship exists. If you are linking to us through your own website we reserve the right to ask you to remove such a link if we consider your site to be inappropriate. Refusal to meet any request we make will result in the termination of your membership of this site.
No Warranty
The Fiction4All Group, including FictionWorld Ebooks, those who publish on our sites and those responsible for the hosting of our services provide no warranty whatsoever and all services are provided "as is" without warranty or condition in any shape or form.
Limited Liability
Under absolutely no circumstances will The Fiction4All Group, its suppliers, hosting service or publishers be held liable for any loss of profits or any damages arising out of or in connection with use of this website, howsoever those claims may arise, including negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees harmless from any claim or demand, including any fees made by any third party due to your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If you have difficulty effecting a download, please contact us with your order number, a payment receipt and the format you would like to read the book in and we will send you a copy in a return email.
